How It Works
1. Drop Off / Mail In
You can either:
Drop off your shoes at our store location (8106 Highland Pl, Vernon, BC)
Drop your shoes at one of our partner gyms and tag them with your name, number and email
Or mail them in to 8106 Highland Pl, Vernon BC V1B 3W6
2. Complete Form
Once you've droped your shoes or mailed them in fill out our form. Choose the repairs and services you desire. If you've mailed them in, please leave us a return adress.
We'll then email you a invoice and you can either pay online with your order number or send us an etransfer to the email listed on the invoice. Please put your order number in the comments of the etransfer.
3. We Get To Work
We'll do our part and bring new life to your shoes. Often this takes us up to a week but with some shoes it may take slightly longer. But dont stress, we'll email you when they're good as new.
4. Payment Confirmed & Pickup
Once we've confirmed the invoice is paid we'll ship your shoes out either back to the gym you dropped them off at or to your mailing adress. If you dropped them at our location we'll have them ready for you in house.
The rest is up to you, take advantage of a whole new shoe and give it the second life it deserves!
